Initiate returns
Are you unhappy with your order or would you like to exchange your items for something else? You can return it within 30 days without any reason and get your money back.
Please begin the process by sending us an email to support@britique-lane.com - all requests will be processed as soon as possible.
We will provide you with a return address and let you know that you can proceed. You will have to carefully pack your items and send them to us (please choose a service that uses tracking numbers - as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us). There is no restocking fee.
Cancellations
In order to eliminate unnecessary delays, you only have 8 hours after ordering time to potentially change your mind and cancel the order (you may do so by emailing support@britique-lane.com with your order number). After that period, we begin the order handling process.
Permissible item conditions
While you can return the items without giving any reason, they must meet certain conditions:
- do not show sign of use, be in a new-like condition
- all original tags are still attached
- include original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email about the following process. Please give us up to 14 days to process your return and refund - your money will appear on the same payment method you used to place your order with us.
Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After that, the return period expires. For the quickest solution, please email us a picture of the damaged part of the item.
We do everything we can to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that some orders slip through, and we deliver the wrong product to you.
Of course, we will resolve this and send you the correct or new item free of charge. For questions about delivery of wrong products, please contact customer service at support@britique-lane.com.
Who pays the return shipping?
All customers are responsible for the cost of their return. We then recommend sending you return shipping with Track & Trace, as we cannot summon liability for lost returns.
Exchanges
If you change your mind and decide that you'd like to exchange an item, you may do so. Just send us an email at support@britique-lane.com and let us know which item you want to exchange and the reason for it. We will do our best to get you what you really want.
