Shipping Process
Once you place your order, it is entered into our system and you will receive a confirmation email.
Order dispatch takes 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) on average, then please expect an additional period of 7-12 business days (Mon-Fri) until the order reaches you. Once dispatched, you will receive your order tracking information in your inbox.
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period (3 day handling, 12 day transit = 15 days). If 18 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact us at support@britique-lane.com with your order number.
Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events (Christmas, Black Friday etc).
Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After that, the return period expires. For the quickest solution, please email us a picture of the damaged part of the item.
We do everything we can to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that some orders slip through, and we deliver the wrong product to you.
Of course, we will resolve this and send you the correct or new item free of charge. For questions about delivery of wrong products, please contact customer service at support@britique-lane.com. Please bear in mind that if you want to return goods, you are responsible for any return shipping fee.
Cancellations
In order to eliminate unnecessary delays, you only have 8 hours after ordering time to potentially change your mind and cancel the order (you may do so by emailing support@britique-lane.com with your order number). After that period, we begin the order handling process.
